DARPA’s mission is to prevent technological surprise for the United States and to create technological surprise for its adversaries. The DARPA SBIR Program is designed to provide small, high-tech businesses and academic institutions the opportunity to propose radical, innovative, high-risk approaches to address existing and emerging national security threats; thereby supporting DARPA’s overall strategy to bridge the gap between fundamental discoveries and the provision of new military capabilities.
The Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) will host a Virtual Proposers Day to provide presentations and submission instructions on recently released or soon to be released SBIR and STTR Opportunities (SBOs) under BAA HR001120S0019.
The purpose is to provide information to potential proposers for topics listed under the FY20 DARPA Broad Agency Announcement. The DARPA Topic Authors for these topics will be virtually presenting their technical briefings for interested attendees.
The virtual event and posted content will be conducted at the UNCLASSIFIED security level. All presented materials and Q&A responses will be available below for public access after topics are posted.
Proposals for this announcement will be accepted from (Open) March 19, 2020 to (Closing) April 20, 2020 and must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided on the DoD SBIR/STTR Submission site: https://www.dodsbirsttr.mil/submissions/login
