DARPA will host the BTO Innovation Opportunity Fair (BIO Fair) event for prospective proposers on Nov. 12, 2025, in Arlington, Va. Through hosting the BIO Fair event, BTO aims to:
- Familiarize participants with BTO's mission and interest areas
- Facilitate discussions with potential proposers
- Increase the efficiency of proposal preparation and evaluation
- Foster a new performer networking
