Microsystems Technology Office
Tony Pham joined DARPA in December 2025 and supports the overall management oversight for business operations, budget planning and execution, and contract management for the Microsystems Technology Office (MTO).
Prior to joining DARPA, Tony held multiple positions across the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW). He most recently served as the resource manager for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies (OASW(CT)), within OSW(R&E). Prior positions include senior financial manager in the OSW(A&S) Budget Office, branch chief in the Joint Staff Comptroller Office, team lead in the Financial Management Directorate, and senior financial analyst in Air Force Headquarters.
