Kyle Schwing

Kyle M. Schwing, Ph.D., joined DARPA in March 2026 as a program manager in the Biological Technologies Office.

His research interests in complex systems includes network science, communication and teaming, the emergence of organization, and the evolutionary basis of social behavior.

Prior to joining DARPA, Schwing was an interagency expert in measuring the effectiveness of foreign policy. He has served in a variety of leadership and technical roles, pioneering applications of computational social science to national security challenges.
