DARPA is hosting this Proposers Day Q&A session to address questions from potential proposers to the FLUID program.
Therefore, the Proposer Day Q&A session is open only to potential proposers. Participants must send an email to FLUID no later than April 7, 2025, at 4 p.m. ET with information on the company name and meeting attendees. The Proposers Day Q&A Session will be conducted at the CUI level and is open only to U.S. persons. All attendees accessing CUI agree to protect CUI in accordance with DoD Instruction 5200.48 CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) and NIST Special Publication 800-171 Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations.
Note that only two attendees per company are allowed due to restrictions on the number of Microsoft Teams attendees. If any potential attendees are considered foreign nationals, please contact FLUID for the DARPA Form 60 which must be filled out and approved prior to attending.
The Proposers Day Q&A Session does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. Attendance is voluntary and is not required to propose to any potential related program solicitation or potential research solicitations on this topic. DARPA will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this Proposers Day Q&A session.
