Mr. Victor Stichnot is the program analyst for the Tactical Technology Office. In this role, he assists the assistant director, program management with budget formulation, execution, and justification processes.
Before joining the DARPA staff, he provided scientific, engineering, and technical assistance support to the Contracts Management Office and Mission Services Office. Victor holds a Master of Science in government contracts from the George Washington University School of Business.
