The Defense Sciences Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative research proposals that advance our knowledge and understanding of light-matter interactions. In particular, DARPA seeks to develop new and systematic approaches to the design of engineered structures and materials that change how we manipulate electromagnetic waves and capitalize on nascent wave-matter interactions.
