The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Defense Sciences Office (DSO) is requesting information on new ideas, approaches and tools for leveraging multiple sources of individual differences and variability in order to better understand and design for the complex, changing, and dynamic interactions among individuals and their social groups, including teams and organizations. Success could lead to quantifiable improvements in the capabilities of groups through training, interfaces, interventions, workflows, teams, or task assignments that take advantage of (rather than try to minimize) individual differences.
Forensic Social Science Supercolliders (FS3) Request for Information (RFI)

simulations that can be used to calibrate the validity of different social science research methods

Reconfigurable Imaging (ReImagine)
DARPA is soliciting research proposals to demonstrate multifunctional imaging sensors that are reconfigurable through software. Proposers will build around a common digital framework that can be customized for specific applications. Both passive and active modes are desired. Also of interest are proposals that develop adaptive algorithms that optimize the operation of a reconfigurable sensor in real time to optimize information collection.
