Description

The purpose of this modification is to modify the period of performance for Phase 1 from 12 months to 12-15 months, the period of performance for Phase 2 from 12 months to 12-15 months, and the period of performance for Phase 3 from 15 months to 12-15 months. The bidder should propose a schedule that is appropriate for the technical effort being proposed.

The following changes are made to the BAA06-13 Proposer's Information Pamphlet:

Delete Paragraph 1.5 and insert the following:

1.5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The total period of performance for the effort will be as follows:

• Phase 1 (Base): Effective date of award through 12-15 months
• Phase 2 (Option 1): If exercised, will be from the completion of the Phase 1 Effort through 12-15 months.
• Phase 3 (Option 2): If exercised, will be from the completion of the Phase 2 Effort through 12-15 months.

The Government may incrementally fund any awards under this BAA.

Change Paragraph 2.3.1 from Phase 1 (12 months) to 2.3.1 Phase 1 (12-15 months)

Change Paragraph 2.3.2 Phase 2 (12 months) to 2.3.2 Phase 2 (12-15 months)

Change Paragraph 2.3.3 Phase 3 (15 months) to 2.3.3 Phase 3 (12-15 months)

Under Paragraph 2.4 PROGRAM METRICS, the Program Metrics Chart should read: 1 (Base) 12-15 months; 2 (Option 1) 12-15 months; 3 (Option 2) 12-15 months.
