PUBLIC RELEASE INFORMATION

"DoD Instruction 5230.9 mandates a security and policy review of all official DoD information intended for public release that pertains to military matters, national security issues, or subjects of significant concern to the DoD. All DoD unclassified information (such as papers, presentations, videos, images, press releases, etc.) must be reviewed before it is released to the public."

  • DISTRIBUTION STATEMENTS

    • The following statement requires review through DISTAR: "Statement A - Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited."

    All other statements are assigned by the sponsoring DARPA Program manager.

  • PRESS RELEASES

    • Press releases should be directed to DARPA PRC. Please allow 10 business days for review.

  • PUBLIC AFFAIRS

  • SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS

    • Public release requests should be submitted a minimum of 20 business days prior to the event. The preferred and quickest method to facilitate public release requests is through our Submission Page on the main PRC website or by e-mail.
