    As a Tactical Technology Office Program Manager, Mr. Stephen Waller is responsible for idea generation concept and technology development and demonstrations for Tactical Targeting Network Technology, Quint Networking Technology, and Video Verification of Identity.

    With twenty-one years experience with the United States Air Force, Mr. Waller has acted as a System Interoperability Officer at Nellis Air Warfare Center, where he was responsible for system interoperability issues. In addition, he served as an Operational Test Pilot/Program Manager, where he led the Link 16 fielding and integration effort for the F-15E Strike Eagle. He also spent sixteen years as a Fighter Pilot with the F-16C and F-15E operations, including combat, advanced flight instruction and operational testing in air-to-ground and air-to-air domains. 

    As an Integration Officer for the Secretary of the Air Force/Warfighting Integration (SAF/XC), he worked with airborne networking subject matter experts and was hand-selected to work in the Commander’s Action Group as the primary vision consultant. He also served with the Headquarters War fighting Integration, where he was responsible for integration roadmaps for USAF legacy data links and advanced networking systems for Joint Integrated Combat. 

    Mr. Waller served as a Program Manager for DARPA’s Information Exploitation Office, where he was quoted saying “it’s a wild ride, it’s busy, but it’s exciting”, which could be why he returned to to work as a Program Manager for the Tactical Technology Office.  

    Mr. Waller attended the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he received his Bachelor of Science in engineering sciences and Aerospace Vehicles Design.
