The DARPA Small Business Programs Office initiated a pilot program in 2011 to provide technical assistance to small businesses with an active DARPA SBIR Phase I contract resulting from the 10.2 and 10.3 Solicitations.
This two-part program consisted of access to Frost & Sullivan’s Market Research Portal, and two web-based training workshops to support companies in preparing to address transition and commercialization objectives for Phase I projects. In the training workshops, subject matter experts covered topics including Contracting Alternatives, Acquisition Process, DCAA Audit Process, DIACAP , and Data Rights and IP.
