DARPA has the authority to issue the Common Access Card (CAC) to DoD Civilian personnel and DoD Contractors. Please use the following link to schedule an appointment; http://dtsn.darpa.mil/commonaccesscardreservations/Default.aspx. This appointment website is for the DARPA CAC office only; we cannot reserve times for you at any other office.
The DARPA CAC issue office is located at 675 North Randolph Street, Arlington, VA. Upon entering the building please proceed to the Visitor Control Center (VCC). Due to the length of processing time required (approximately 20 minutes); CACs are issued by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled through this website. This website also contains instructions and forms necessary for processing and lists the forms of identification that must be presented at the time of issue.
To update your CAC Personal Identification Number (PIN), please schedule an appointment and select "Change Pin" from the drop down, no additional identification or paperwork is required.
Regretfully, DARPA does not have the authority to issue retired military or dependant I.D. cards, we only issue CACs.
